Pricing and Availability: 

 

STUDIO AVAILABILITY: 

Sol Studios is generally available to rent when we don't have Yoga, Dance or Wellness classes scheduled.

RENTAL HOURS AVAILABLE:

Weekdays: 12pm - 5pm & 7:30pm - 11pm. Fridays from 12-11pm, Saturdays: 12pm - 11pm. Sundays 12:30pm - 4:30pm & 6:30pm - 11pm.

Please email us your proposed rental dates & times and we will check the schedule & confirm availability promptly.

STUDIO RENTAL FEE:

$75- per hour. Minimum rental is two hours, please include setup and cleanup time in the total rental time. Studio Rental is confirmed upon your receipt of credit card charge. All rentals need to be paid in full at the latest 30 days before the Event. 

Discount for monthly rentals.

REFUND POLICY:

Rental Fees are refundable (less a $25-fee) if cancelled 30 days before the Event via email or letter. 

​

Rental Fee includes: 1000 sq. ft Studio space – fits 30 Yoga Mats or 75 seated. Use of all Yoga props: Wool blankets, bolsters, blocks, and stereo w/I Pod input. Bathroom & shower available, no cooking facilities. Beautiful courtyard and ample parking.

 

MARKETING FEE:

We are happy to promote your event in the studio, on our bulletin board, website and Constant Contact Newsletter mailings. Please supply a one page word document flier. Marketing fee: 45- per event.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Credit card on-file. Studio Rental is confirmed upon receipt of credit card charge.
