3.) 1-Hour Sessions via Zoom. (24 sessions)

To be used at any time of your choosing within the 6-month program.
NOTE: Zoom sessions are not valid after the 6-month program end date. At the end of your program, you will have 30 days to download any content from your client portal before it goes away forever.

Recorded and will be available in your client portal within 48 hours.

4.) 5-Minute Email/Phone/Text Check-Ins:

5.) Integration Week

Weekly Visioning Writing. (Embodiment In Action worksheets & SMART goals)

Healing Arts Practice. (dance, art, song, ritual, writing, etc.)

Solo Nature Quest on months with 5th week, no zoom session.
6.) Client Portal. (your link will be provided for you)

Handouts, recordings, etc. will be available for you in your portal.
